John DeRouin currently serves as the Rehab Pitching Coordinator for the Detroit Tigers while operating as the Director of Throwing for Connected Performance. Prior to working for the Tigers and Connected Performance, John built his own book of business as Hops Pitching in Coventry, Rhode Island. There, John produced multiple draft picks, MLB pitchers, and hundreds of college commits.  In just 4 years, John went from training guys in his front yard to running the premier pitching development facility in the Northeast.
