In the span of five years I developed the yips, broke my back, and tore my rotator cuff. Although there were times when I was ready to hang it up, I just kept searching for answers. My path took me to the whereabouts of the Texas Baseball Ranch, Driveline Baseball, and the Florida Baseball Ranch. After every injury I was able to come back throwing harder resulting in a cumulative gain of 8 mph throughout my college career.
In the summer of 2017, I began as an intern with the Florida Baseball Ranch training athletes and in 2019 I had the opportunity to work with the CPBL in Taipei, Taiwan. After starting Connected Performance in 2019, I accepted the position of Director of Player Development at Florida Southern College.
Since 2019 I’ve been able to help dozens of athletes’ rehab from career ending injuries, I’ve helped athletes reach levels they thought were never possible with multiple top 10 round draft picks, and most importantly, I’ve forged life long relationships with my clients and athletes. So, here’s to your journey and your success.
